If the product scanned does not match any of the available offers, please check the following:

1. Are there another barcodes on the product?

        a. If there are multiple barcodes next to each other try to cover one while scanning the other, and vice versa.

        b. If the product is a pack, be sure to scan the barcode of the pack, not individual products in the pack.

2. Check if the offer description matches the quantity, size, and flavors of the product scanned.

3. If no offers are matched but you feel the product matches the offer details, please contact customer support via Help>Contact Us within the app.
